L&D Appliance has been working directly with the Vulcan and Wolf factory for over 14 years. We receive all of the factories freight damaged, show, warranty and aged inventory returns. If any of the products are damaged, we use factory parts for the repairs. If there is a scuff, ding or scratch we try and take pictures to show this in our listings. This relationship with the factory allows our company to offer new products with light blemishes for at 1/2 the price of dealers for the exact same items.
Most of our products are listed as new – scratch and dent even if there is no damage at all. This is our agreement with the factory because there is no factory warranty on these products. L&D Appliance does offer a 10-day warranty on all our products after installation by a professional. Proof of installation date is required for this warranty.
