Cook pan after pan of your signature entrees, side dishes, and appetizers with this Vulcan EV60SS-6FP24G-480 Endurance series 60″ electric range with 6 french plates, 24″ griddle, and 2 ovens! Thanks to the six 9 1/2″ diameter french plates, your chef can cook six stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each smooth, 2 kW heating area is made of durable cast iron to help retain heat, while also making it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. Boasting a 24″ wide, 7/8″ thick griddle top, this unit heats evenly and allows you to prepare large batches of pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheesesteak, or burgers in a quick, productive manner. The smooth surface is easy to maintain, and one thermostat for every 12″ of griddle width provides the operator with precise temperature control to accommodate the various cooking temperatures of different foods.
This workhorse unit also features both an oversized oven and a standard oven for your baking and warming needs. Each oven has a 5 kW output with an adjustable temperature range of 200-500 degrees Fahrenheit and cool touch control knobs that allow your employees to operate the unit more safely and precisely. Inside, each oven has top browning control and a single oven rack with three position options.
A fully welded, aluminum steel frame with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and legs provide outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. And, with a 60″ width and 6″ adjustable legs, you’ll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. A 480V, 3 phase electrical connection is required; unit is field convertible to 1 phase.

Packaging Equipment
L&D Appliance will package the items you purchase for free. This will be strapping the item to a wooden pallet, installing cardboard or cardboard corners and shrink wrapping the product.
Warranty of Products
10-Warranty from Installation providing parts from L&D and local repair service. Requires proof of installation date.
Returns
Buyer has 15-days to return an item if they are not satisfied or purchased accidentally, the buyer is responsible for crating and shipping the equipment back to our warehouse in SC. Once the equipment has been inspected, L&D Appliance will process a refund less any damage, missing component cost, initial shipping cost (actual cost of original shipment even on free shipping promotion) and a 15% restock fee.
Delivery Inspection Required
Insure to inspect delivery for any significant damage caused by the freight carriers. If any major damage, please contact Alan 828-527-2241 before driver leaves. If severe damage, refuse delivery. If slight damage, insure driver notes damage before leaving. The is critical, because without documentation the freight company will not accept a claim for the damage and the item delivered will now be the responsibility of the recipient for repairs.
