Organize your back-of-house operations in your sub shop, hospital, or university with this Traulsen C series refrigerated sandwich prep table! Boasting a front-breathing design, this unit allows for zero-clearance installation. It holds food pans up to 6″ deep and includes (24) 4″ deep, 1/6 size polycarbonate pans, helping to streamline your sandwich prep process while holding common sandwich or salad toppings. The insulated lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food-safe temperatures, and a full-length 8″ deep removable polyethylene cutting board mounts the table surface for slicing ingredients and assembling orders. A water-resistant LED display makes it easy to monitor and adjust the temperature of the cabinet.

This unit has a durable stainless steel exterior and interior with a heavy-gauge galvanized steel top, back, and bottom. Its refrigerated storage is accessed using 2 stay-open doors, 1 left-hinged and 1 right-hinged, to easily load and unload product. These doors are self-closing with magnetic, snap-in gaskets to ensure proper closure every time. They have recessed handles and are field reversible to best accommodate your space. The interior cabinet includes 4 adjustable, epoxy-coated wire shelves, 2 per section, that hold up to 150 lb. of product.

This table uses a 1/5 hp self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system and R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its chambered, forced-air rail operation keeps all pans at a consistent temperature. The cabinet is insulated with high-density, non-CFC foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to increase the energy efficiency and structural integrity of the unit. This model offers full access to the pan rail for easy cleaning. Its (4) 4″ casters, 2 braking, ensure easy relocation for routine cleaning and maintenance. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation and a 9′ power cord comes included.

Warranty of Products

All Vulcan and Wolf equipment are purchased as-is-where-is and do not carry the factory warranty. L&D Appliance does offer a 10-day warranty after the product has been installed. The installation needs to be by a professional that can set-up and install the equipment properly. Installation receipt and date will need to be provided for installed equipment for L&D Appliance to honor the 10-day warranty. Parts will be provided by L&D Appliance along with your local tech support for repairs.

Returns

Buyer has 15-days to return an item if they are not satisfied or purchased accidentally, the buyer is responsible for crating and shipping the equipment back to our warehouse in SC. Once the equipment has been inspected, L&D Appliance will process a refund less any damage, missing component cost, initial shipping cost (actual cost of original shipment even on free shipping promotion) and a 15% restock fee.

Delivery Inspection Required

Insure to inspect delivery for any significant damage caused by the freight carriers. If any major damage, please contact Alan 828-527-2241 before driver leaves. If severe damage, refuse delivery. If slight damage, insure driver notes damage before leaving. The is critical, because without documentation the freight company will not accept a claim for the damage and the item delivered will now be the responsibility of the recipient for repairs.

Boost the efficiency of back-of-house operations by equipping your business with this Traulsen TB046SL2S 46″ 1 door refrigerated pizza prep table with 2 pan rails. This double rail unit accommodates up to (12) 1/6 size food pans up to 8″ deep, giving you plenty of space to store pizza, salad, or sandwich ingredients. The rails are even built at a slant, ensuring that food pans are fast and easy to access at all times. A night cover is provided, too, as is a built-in 14″ deep cutting board. The latter serves as a workspace as you chop and slice ingredients, assemble sandwiches, toss salads, and otherwise prepare orders.

This particular prep table features an innovative glycol cooling system, which allows the unit to operate constantly without requiring down time for defrosting. In fact, because of how it circulates glycol, the unit doesn’t use a fan, doesn’t create condensation, and doesn’t frost. As a result, food can be left in the unit overnight and is guaranteed to not be frozen the next morning. This saves time loading and unloading the ingredients at the start and end of each day.
