• (8) 30,000 BTU open top burners each have a lift-off head
• 1 pilot for every 2 burners uses a shrouded flash tube pilot system to reduce gas use
• Burner knobs stay cool to the touch
• Front cast iron grates are 12 in. x 12¹⁄₂ in. and easily lift off
• Rear cast iron grates are 12 in. x 14¹⁄₂ in. to hold stock pots and large pans
• Aeration bowls under the grates direct the heat toward cooking instruments and add structure to the grates’ fingers
• Crumb tray pulls out so it is easy to empty
• Stainless steel front, backriser, high shelf, and sides withstand commercial use
• Frame is fully MIG welded to ensure strong structure
• Sits on 6-in. adjustable, stainless steel legs
