Vulcan VPT7LL Pass Thru Information
Maintain your food’s temperature and quality between preparation and service by adding this Vulcan VPT7LL pass-through half size insulated heated holding cabinet to your catering business or restaurant! This fully insulated cabinet has thick insulation in the walls and top that provide greater heat retention on all sides. Its convenient pass-through design enables placement of the unit between kitchen prep areas and service stations, which allows kitchen staff to prepare, plate, and store hot items for wait staff to pull and serve as needed. Plus, the entire cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel to ensure greater longevity and ease of cleaning.
This mobile cabinet is ideal for catering businesses and large banquet venues since it can be loaded in your kitchen and then transported to the dining room or serving area. For security during transportation, this model has magnetic action door latches and an integrated steel frame. The recessed side mounted handles give your employees an effective way to control the motion of the cabinet while the 5″ casters, two swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters, make it easy to roll the unit around your restaurant or banquet venue.
This holding cabinet features a lip load slide design for extra stability and can accommodate up to (15) 18″ x 26″ pans. The control panel is mounted at the top of the cabinet so that it’s easy to access and out of the way when you need to transport the cabinet. The simple indicator light, dial thermostat with an adjustable temperature range of ambient to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature read-out dial make it easy to use this holding cabinet. Plus, to maintain even internal temperatures, this heated holding and proofing cabinet features 1500W of heating power and a blower motor. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
