Traulsen AHF132WP_HHG Information
Thanks to its high performance ducted fan air distribution system, this Traulsen Specification Line AHF132WP-HHG 26.1 cu. ft. single section half door reach-in pass-through heated holding cabinet delivers even heat distribution, quicker daily start-up, lower energy use, and reduced lifetime service costs when compared to a standard model. The pass-through design allows it to be conveniently placed between your kitchen and serving or prep area so your staff can load prepared items from the back and your servers can access them from the front.
The Traulsen AHF132WP-HHG’s stainless steel front and sides combine with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to ensure that this heated holding cabinet always delivers consistent temperatures between 135 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To monitor the interior cabinet temperature, a Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display is located on the front of the unit.
Additionally, innovative INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls make operation easy with a 3-digit LED display, an on/off button, a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature, and an RS485 data port all in one convenient location on the front of the unit. For maximum food safety, an alarm alerts your staff of high/low cabinet temperatures, as well as when the door is left open, and when there is a power supply interruption.
For superior versatility, this unit comes complete with three adjustable wire shelves to help you make the most of the heated holding cabinet’s spacious aluminum interior. Four half height clear glass doors (two per side) provide excellent visibility of the contents inside, while allowing you to open only one small section at a time, helping to preserve internal temperatures.
